The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAGHR) has announced enacting the system for “working remotely” for all federal ministries, authorities, and institutions for two weeks starting from 31 March 2020.
Employees whose jobs require they attend the office are no more than 30% of the workforce.
FAGHR excluded in its decision a number of vital sectors including: energy, telecommunications, health, education, security, police, military, post, cargo, medicine, water and food, civil aviation, airports, passports, finance and banking, government media, and the services sectors.
