According to local reports Bahrain’s education authorities will soon survey parents of students in government-run schools on options for educating them in the new school year. Options will include distance learning or blended class attendance and online education. Where online-education is used students will be obliged to observe a daily virtual schedule and log on to e-programmes at specific times. There is a possibility they will cut hours of class attendance. In June Bahrain set 16 September 2020 as the date for reopening of state schools.
