Egypt’s Government has announced real estate services in the country will be allowed to resume as the country relaxes its Coronavirus restrictions. It is part of a phased reopening which will be completed by the end of Ramadan. However, the real estate services must be urgent or necessary. This includes rental agreements, ratifying booklets will deposition records, private powers of attorney and undertakings.
