Oman’s Tax Authority has announced it is extending its tax relief support programme. Under the extension, the validity of the additional tax resulting from failure to pay the income tax payable for the tax year ending on 31 December 2019 has been suspended.. The deadline for payment is the end of December 2020. They have also suspended the validity of the fines and penalties resulting from failure to submit declarations and accounts for the 2019 tax year, to the end of December 2020. Finally, they have suspended the additional tax owed on the original taxes payable for the years before 2019 from 1 January 2020 to the end of December 2020. Histoire complète
