Employees who were recruited after 1 July 2019 will also be enrolled into the scheme, providing the disbursement of support to the beneficiaries will start from the date of their registration in the scheme. It supports the monthly salaries of male and female employees across various jobs and professions across the private sector of between 30% and 50% over two years, provided the employee’s salary is below 15,000 Riyals. Under the scheme, private entities also receive an additional 10% support for recruiting women and disabled people and provides employment opportunities across the country excluding Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Al-Khobar, as well as SMEs, provided the maximum support does not exceed 50% of the employee’s monthly wage, or 3000 Riyals, whichever is lower. Histoire complète
