Oman’s Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation Ministry has signed a cooperation agreement with the Oman Society for Petroleum Services (OPAL) to offer free Coronavirus tests to students on scholarships outside Oman for the next academic year. Under the agreement, the Society will provide free tests to 600 students sponsored to study abroad for the 2020/2021 academic year.
