Kuwait’s Council of Ministers has announced the partial lifting of lock down across the country has been postponed. The decision will be reviewed on 20 August. The Decision follows a recommendation from the country’s Health Ministry. The third phase of lock down restriction relaxation started on 28 July. The cabinet’s postponement of lifting of partial lockdown comes in response to the recommendation of the Ministry of Health for the second time after the ministry requested to postpone the lifting of the partial lockdown in conjunction with the third phase of the gradual return to normal life plan that began on July 28.
