Turkey’s Interior Ministry has announced a travel ban in 15 cities has been extended for 15 days. The bans in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Balikesir, Bursa, Eskisehir, Gaziantep, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Manisa, Sakarya, Samsun, Van, and Zonguldak will now run from 20 May to 3 June.
It comes as the country continues to respond to the Coronavirus outbreak. Air, land, and sea travel to and from these provinces will also be restricted. Those who do not comply will be fined. Histoire complète
