A senior official at Dubai’s Community Development Authority has announced places of worship in the UAE will remain closed. He made the announcement during a virtual gathering of leaders from various religions. The virtual gathering was organised by the Jebel Ali Church Complex and Interfaith Committee in Jebel Ali. It was part of a multi-faith Pray for Humanity global initiative which was organised by the UAE’s Higher Committee for Human Fraternity.
