The Health and Social Affairs Ministry of Kuwait’s Parliament is considering a draft law to amend the Civil Service Law to reduce the pay of employees because of Coronavirus. A member of the Committee said they have asked the Council of Ministers to support the pay of Kuwaiti citizens who have been adversely affected in the private sector but instead the Government filed this draft law to reduce pay.
