Private Schools Allowed to Reopen

Jordan’s Education Ministry has announced private schools will be allowed to reopen. They are being allowed to reopen providing they comply with anti-Coronavirus measures. These include working fewer hours and limiting the number of staff in the school. Distance learning will also continue. The staff numbers will be based on the student numbers in the school. Four employees will be allowed to work in a school with up to 200 students, six employees in a school between 200 and 400 students, 10 employees in a school for between 400 and 600 students and 12 employees if the school has more than 900 students. The Ministry will monitor compliance. Histoire complète
