Ramadan Opening Hours for Hospitals Announced

Bahrain’s Health Ministry has announced the Ramadan opening hours for health centres and the Salmaniya Medical Complex. The Northern Muharraq, Hamad Kanoo and Yousif Engineer health centres will be open 24 hours a day. The Mohammed Jassim Kanoo Health Centre (Roundabout 17) will be open from 8:00am to 11.00pm seven days a week. The remaining health centres will be open from 8.00am to 7.00pm from Sunday to Thursday. They will be closed on Fridays and Saturdays. Salmaniya Medical Complex outpatient clinics will be open from 8.00am to 12.00pm. For new consultations, staff will call patients to agree examination times. Salmaniya Medical Comple extended clinics, will be open from 2.15pm to 5.00pm. Visiting times at Salmaniya Medical Comple will be 8.00pm to 10.00pm on Fridays, Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays. Visits to intensive care unit, cardiac wards and burn unit patients will be 8pm to 9pm. Salmaniya Medical Comple pharmacies, the outpatient pharmacy, Al-Fateh pharmacy, the hematology and oncology pharmacy will be open from 8am to 1.30pm and new prescriptions and controlled prescriptions will be able to be collected and requested. Prescriptions for follow-up patients, will be made available through a specific link for this service, on and the medicines will be delivered to patients within 48 hours from when the application is received. Histoire complète
