Qatar’s Commerce and Industry has issued a budgetary Circular for public and private Shareholding Companies. The Circular covers the instruments and methods of publishing their budgets as well as calculating their profits and losses. It has been issued in line with Article 126 of the country’s Commercial Companies Law (Article 126 of Qatar Law No. 11/2015).
