A Decision from the General Authority for Investment and Freezones, Egypt Decision No. 160/2020 concerning the adoption of modern means of communication for BOD meetings and Ordinary General Assemblies, in view of the current circumstances and the government’s decisions to prevent gatherings for fear of the spread of COVID-19. This Decision allows the presence of all shareholders and members of the Board of Directors through modern means of communication (e.g., conference calls).
