Plane Fees Reduced

Egypt’s Civil Aviation Minister has announced they have decided to grant airlines operating in the Red Sea Governorate, South Sinai, Marsa Matrouh, Luxor and Aswan airports, a 50% reduction on landing, waiting and accommodation fees. This is in addition to a 20% reduction in ground services provided for the aircrafts of these companies. The implementation of this decision started at the end of October and is due to continue until the end of April 2021. It is part of the State’s plan to encourage tourism to coastal cities and air traffic to return after a global decline because of the Coronavirus. Full story
