Officials in Ankara and Istanbul have announced new anti-Coronavirus measures have been introduced. Under the measures, those 65 or over will only be allowed to leave their homes at specific times. They will be allowed out between 10am and 4pm. They will have to comply with social distancing rules and wear face masks. Public servants and those in particular professions, like doctors, healthcare workers, pharmacists, elected public officials, social workers and others will be exempt. Business owners, traders, industrialists, farmers, the self-employed and heads of professional associations will also be exempt. Full story
