The Jordanian authorities have published Jorden Defence Order No. 18/2020 to extend the financial support to individuals and institutions adversely affected financially by Coronavirus. The support will now be provided until 31 May 2021 and amends Jordan Defence Order No. 14/2020 to this effect. The Defence Order has been published in the Official Gazette. It will not affect the support provided in Jordan Defence Order No. 9/2020, Jordan Defence Order No. 14/2020 and Jordan Defence Order No. 15/2020. Under Jordan Defence Order No. 18/2020, an insured person will be entitled to benefit from the Musaned programme which was established by Jordan Defence Order No. 9/2020 in line with the conditions contained in it, even if they have previously benefited from other programmes established under it.
