The head of Kuwait’s Government Communication Centre has announced the transition to the fifth phase has been postponed until further notice. Elsewhere, according to local newspaper reports, the Council of Ministers has decided to add France, Argentina and Yemen to the list of countries whose nationals are banned from entering the country.
