Abu Dhabi: New Entry Requirements Approved

The Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Committee of the Coronavirus pandemic in the Emirate together with the Health Department, has approved two types of entry checks into the Emirate. The aim is to enhance the anti-Coronavirus measures in the Emirate. The new procedures will be implemented on 27August 2020. It means those coming to the Emirate will be able to enter within 48 hours of receiving a negative PCR test result. Those coming to the emirate will also be able to enter, within 48 hours of receiving a negative DPI laser test result, provided they show the evidence of a negative PCR test which was carried out six days before their entry date. The type of test has to be rotated, so the same test is not repeated twice in a row within 6 days. Full story
