Requirements for Reopening of Schools Announced

Bahrain’s Education Ministry has announced schools will reopen in time for the 2020/2021 academic year. However, they will have to comply with anti-Coronavirus measures. As part of these measures students with chronic diseases and special needs and those undergoing treatment, students with mild intellectual disabilities, down syndrome or autism will not have to attend in person. The relevant people will have to work with the departments of special education and student services to create a method to follow up the studies for these students, with the aim of limiting the spread of Coronavirus. Full story
