The Supreme Committee for Crisis and Disaster Management in Dubai has announced the residency return requirements for those looking to return to the Emirate. Residents returning must apply for an entry permit via the General Directorate of Nationality and Residency website and show a negative PCR test before boarding planes and present it on arriving at the airport. They also have to download the DXB COVID 19 Smart Application. There is no compulsory home isolation for 14 days as long as the PCR test results presented at the airport are negative. Full story
