Lock Down Penalties Issued

An Omani court has jailed a citizen for a year and fined them 2,000 for violating the lock down movement ban. They have also had their driving license withdrawn for six months from the ruling date. The ruling was issued by the Court of First Instance in North al-Batinah. They were accused of drink driving and driving in a residential neighbourhood.
