Kuwait’s Civil Aviation Authority has announced a new condition to allow nationals from 31 banned countries to enter the country. The Authority issued a Circular to this effect. It means airlines operating in Kuwait International Airport will be able to allow non-Kuwaiti nationals who are arriving from these 31 countries to enter the country if they are first degree relatives of Kuwaiti nationals.
