Dubai: Safety Stamp for Tourism and Retail Establishments Launched

The Tourism and Commerce Marketing Department, Economic Development Department and Dubai Municipality have announced they have launched a safety stamp for tourism and retail establishments in the Emirate. It will apply to various entities including hotels F&B outlets and tourist attractions who have complied with health and safety guidelines issued in line with the anti-Coronavirus measures outlined by the Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management. The Dubai Assured Stamp has been launched following the return of tourists earlier this month. It is aimed at reassuring tourists the Emirate is a safe place to visit. The Dubai Assured Stamp will be free and will be valid for 15 days. It will be able to be renewed every two weeks after the relevant authorities have inspected these facilities and confirmed they comply. Full story
