All Government Employees Have to Go Back to Work on 5 July in Ras al Khaimah

Ras al Khaimah’s Human Resources Department has announced all Ras al Khaimah Government employees will have to go back to work on 5 July. A Circular to this effect has been published. It cancels all exemptions previously given apart from employees with chronic diseases. Those with chronic diseases will have to provide a detailed medical report which is approved by the relevant medical committee. Employers and employees must comply with the appropriate anti-Coronavirus measures. This includes ensuring social distancing rules are complied with and flexible working. Employees must be divided into groups when arriving and leaving work to reduce gatherings and minimise physical contact. Full story
