Abu Dhabi: Reopening Guidelines for Cultural Sites Announced

Abu Dhabi’s Culture and Tourism Department has announced the reopening guidelines for museums and cultural sites in the Emirate. Certain cultural sites will be able to reopen on 24 June. These are the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Qasr Al Hosn and the Cultural Foundation’s exhibition and Artists in Residence studio. The Al Ain Oasis outdoor areas, Qasr Al Muwaiji, Al Jahili Fort and Al Ain Palace Museum will also be allowed to reopen. They will be able to reopen if they comply with anti-Coronavirus measures. Tickets will have to be booked online for the Qasr Al Hosn and Louvre Abu Dhabi. Most of the cultural sites reopening will be open between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Fridays. The Louvre Abu Dhabi will be open from 10am to 6pm and will be closed on Mondays. The Louvre Abu Dhabi and Qasr Al Hosn will also introduce free admission for visitors under-18.
