All international flights to and from the Kingdom are still suspended and will be until official announcements otherwise. The announcement was made by Saudi Arabian Airlines. Only incoming flights carrying Saudi citizens stranded abroad are currently allowed. Elsewhere, the General Authority of Civil Aviation has announced domestic flights can resume at Bisha, Taif, Yanbu, Hafr Al-Batin and Sharourah airports. Full story
