Airports Reopen

The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has reopened 11 of the Kingdom’s 28 airports in a step toward restoring normality. All flights and means of travel between Saudi cities stopped on 21 March 2020. Social distancing and face masks will be required on flights. Two flights a day will be added to capacity. The Minister of Public Works in Lebanon has also announced the airport there will not open on 8 June 2020 as originally planned but it is expected start on 21 June 2020 if there is a a two-week stable decline of coronavirus in the country.
