Lebanon’s four day lock down has been lifted but the authorities have warned anti-Coronavirus measures, including social distancing and face mask wearing must be complied with. If the measures are not complied with, there could be serious consequences for public health in the country.
The lock down was lifted despite random tests showing there are more Coronavirus cases in the country and concerns over what its lifting meant. Elsewhere, chlorinated swimming pools have allowed to reopen and the Education Minister has recommended the current academic year should be ended and students allowed to move on to the next stage of their education in the next academic year.
