Public Notary Centres Reopened

The Dubai Courts have announced public notary centres have been allowed to reopen. The Al Twar centre, the Al Barsha traffic department, Al Barsha mall and Wafi Mall have reopened but have to comply with strict anti-Coronavirus measures. They can open between 9:00 am and 1:30 pm for the remainder of Ramadan and customers will be able to get transactions attested at any of the branches providing they submit the required documents and their Emirates ID. Fees can only be paid electronically. The centres will not accept commercial company contracts or their modifications. Customers looking for these services should visit the Dubai Courts portal to check the notary public assigned and their addresses. Customers and employees must wear face masks and gloves and undergo temperature checks Pregnant women, the elderly, disabled people and those with chronic and respiratory diseases will not be allowed to enter centres. Full story
