Qatar’s Commerce and Industry Ministry has announced restaurants and cafes in the country can reopen to provide takeaway services. They will also be able to continue providing home delivery services. However, those in malls will not be allowed to reopen for this purpose but can continue providing home delivery services in line with Qatar Circular No. 22/2020.
