No Refund and No Return Condition Abolished

Trade Ministry sources have announced directives cancelling the no return or exchange of items sold condition have been issued. The Ministry has clarified the precautions to be taken when dealing with returned items.

They added there is a Royal Order to monitor economic and commercial activities to ensure they comply with the precautionary and preventative measures. The Ministry noted the secretariats have issued circulars to markets and shopping centres prohibiting the return and refund of sold items. However, this measure has not be provided for by these measures and so should be cancelled. Full story
