Commercial and Industrial Shops to Reopen

Bahrain’s coordination committee has announced commercial and industrial shops can reopen but must comply with strict anti-Coronavirus measures. They must offer direct services to customers. Both customers and employees will have to wear face masks and there will be limits on the numbers of people allowed into these entities. These entities should also be disinfected regularly and those waiting to enter shops should comply with social distancing rules. Private sector employees should continue working from home for as long as possible, continue reducing the number of present employees and reducing the number of passengers in labourer transport. Cinemas should stay closed as should other facilities like restaurants, shisha cafes and hairdressers. Full story
