The Minister of the Economy, Finance and the Reform of the administration issued decree N ° 1057-20 of 12 chaabane 1441 (April 6, 2020) regarding temporary measures against the rise in the prices of protective masks. The decree has been published in Official Bulletin No. 6874 of 22 chaabane 1441 (April 16, 2020) in the officially translated Bulletin.
The Arabic version of this decree had been published in the general edition of Official Bulletin No. 6871 of 12 chaabane 1441 (April 6, 2020).
This text regulates, for a period of 6 months, the maximum selling prices of non-woven protective masks for non-medical use, conforming to the Moroccan standard “NM ST 21.5.200”.
Article 2 specifies that the sale price to the public of these masks is fixed at 0.80 dirham per unit including VAT.
This decree abrogates the decree of the Minister of the Economy, Finance and the Reform of the administration n ° 1020-20 of 6 chaabane 1441 (March 31, 2020) decreeing temporary measures against the rise in the prices of protective masks .
