Bahrain’s Shoura Council has approved a draft Public Security Voluntary Law. It will enable citizens to sign up for a reserve force in the Kingdom’s police and emergency services. The Law was approved by the country’s Parliament earlier this month. Under the Law, expatriates will also be able to sign up. Full story
