The Ministry of Human Resources has issued a consolidated version of the temporary overtime contract supplement, which is used by the parties to the contract after agreeing on the future mechanism in their contractual relationship, in implementation of the “Early Leave” initiative, launched by the Ministry in cooperation with the Federal Identity and Nationality Authority, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Civil Aviation Authority, the National Emergency and Disaster Management Authority, with the aim of enabling private sector residents to return to their countries during the period of precautionary measures at the state level to prevent and reduce the spread of the Coronavirus.
