Government Centres to be Closed Until 18 April

Dubai’s Economic Development Department has announced Government centres will be closed until 18 April. It comes as the Emirate continues to tackle Coronavirus. UAE Pass is a joint initiative between the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, Abu Dhabi Digital Authority and Smart Dubai. More than 5,000 services, including various UAE banks, semi-Government companies and foreign exchange firms are available through the unified channel. It allows residents and visitors to register for the first national digital identity, using a password-less and paperless secure profile to access Government and commercial service and sign, verify and share digital versions of documents. Full story
