The public prosecutor called, through a circular, the judicial officials of the Kingdom of Morocco to strictly apply, from Tuesday, April 7, 2020, the legal provisions relating to the wearing of masks during the period of sanitary confinement.
These provisions refer to the joint press release published on Monday, April 6, 2020 by the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Investment and the Digital Economy, which imposes the obligation to wear protective masks for all persons authorized to move outside their home in the exceptional cases provided for by Decree-Law No. 2.20.292 on the relative provisions in a state of health emergency, starting Tuesday April 7, 2020.
