As part of the measures taken by the State to prevent and reduce the spread of the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19), the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security informs all union organizations of employees and workers. ‘registered employees, that the deadlines for submitting items enabling their representativeness to be assessed have been extended. Thus, these deadlines are legally set from March 31 to April 15, 2020.
In this regard, the Ministry invites all trade union organizations to use the website www.mtess.gov.dz, in order to obtain the request for information allowing the activation of this process provided for in articles 34 to 37 bis of the law.
