As part of measures to reduce the impact of the coronavirus on the national economy, the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Administration Reform signed, Thursday, March 26, 2020, a circular urging the ministerial departments, establishments and public enterprises to take the necessary measures to accelerate payments for the benefit of enterprises, in particular SMEs and VSEs, in order to reduce the pressure on their cash flow and enable them to fulfill their financial obligations.
