The Justice and Islamic Affairs Ministry has announced they will be launching a service for requesting judicial rulings and their executive wordings electronically starting from 25 March 2020.
The undersecretary Wael Rashed Boallai has said that all courts will use this service to submit civil and Sharia rulings of all types and degrees using the email address of the applicants and without the need for visiting the court in person. He also confirmed that the ministry in cooperation with the Supreme Judicial Council intends to implement more digital transformation initiatives.
