Pursuant to this decree, an infection by COVID-19 is assimilated to the category of communicable diseases mentioned in the appendix attached to law 92-71 of July 27, 1997. Consequently, any person affected must submit to the “obligation of care and prophylactic isolation provided for by the regulations on communicable diseases.”
Any violation to the measures taken by the health authority can lead to penalties provided for by the legislation in force.
